Rain is pouring with bad service
How many bad reviews should I give this place. I find myself doing so monthly. Worst part, I'm so close to their tower and still experiencing bad connectivity. You submit tickets on their app and no one calls. They reply on messenger, weeks later then you forgotten your original query. Can a customer be treated and worst?

23 Aug 2022, 17:07It was never this bad. I couldn't get any connection last night and had to go sleep. Right now its buffering. My speed test is showing upload of 0.5mbps and my download 12.4mbps and I'm paying for speeds up to 50mbps.
Its ridiculous!
The service agent called, my wifi is on, the call ended and I was sent a message saying they tried calling me. Again, your network that is **********ly bad.
I need to escalate above hellopeter and rain, because nothing and no action is taken.
