Rain is Pathetic, they don't respond to clients or provide support.

My Business can take this no more, I'm proud to announce I AM LEAVING RAIN!!!... I logged support tickets and still no1 has called me. rain does not even have a contact centre to who responds... I literally have to connect to my neighbours WIFI to sort a clients issue out and as a developer, this is pathetic. As a neighbour this makes me look like a ass. Its Shameful.... thank you RAIN, your lack of interest in your clients has paid off!!!!
