Rain is pathetic terrible customer service terrible service over all

I signed up with rain on the 31st May 2025. They debited my account for the amount of R649 on the 1st of June on a Sunday. The payment kept pending for a few days and in that time I was stressed out because even though the money was out of my account my wife and I sat without wifi. thinking after the Monday the Tuesday latest it would reflect in rains account and the wifi would be switched on but unfortunately no such luck. I went onto the website and came across the option to pay over 3 months and opted for that and then was given an option after opting in for that on line to pay a R50 to have our wifi switched on and it was. Now mind you R649 was out of my account confirmed by my bank pending with rain the full amount no less. We then tried to call to no avail to rain customer care to confirm that they recieved both the full amount of R649 + R50 which I believe they owe me. On the 5th day the money reflected as not pending any further and was fully debited not to return to my account but officially sitting with rain as confirmed when I was eventually able to get through to them and proof of payment was sent via email as well. Now it is the 27th June and I have not received a refund for my R50 and they are grying to debit my account for R299 and then still wanting to debit another R649 on the 1st July for monies that was paid in full!!!! I have emailed them to no avail no response and have tried to call to no avail!!!! I'm incuring debut order costs for monies that are not owing to them regarding the R299 and I will have to cover that. In total rain now owes me R82. I want answer and I want it now I'm ****ed and I don't take this lately that you people are messing with my hard earned money. I want my call back and for your pathetic *********** staff to FIX WHAT YOUR TERRIBLE COMPANY SHOULD HAVE FIXED WHEN YOU RECEIVED THE PROOF OF PAYMENT AND CONFIRMED THAT PAYMENT WAS RECEIVED.
