Rain is pathetic - never has service (note I live next to one of their towers) Customer service useless aswell

RAIN IS PATHETIC !!!! I feel so helpless and don't know what to do anymore to get any form of help. Phoning the contact centre doesnt help same story every time. they escalate it (to only hear they hardly ever really do) Hello Peter is the only platform they respond to. their fb page lights up with unhappy customers and i'm just another one. I've been without network for 5 days although I live right next to one of their towers. I will need to get some 3rd party advise on how to deal with a service provider that offers no assistance or answers. The amount of money I have had to spend on data just for all the times I haven't had any network service could have paid for fibre for a year.

RAIN please resolve and give feedback - no one even ever bothers to phone the customer back.
