RAIN is pathetic in SERVICE DELIVERY

RAIN is without a doubt the worst company that I've dealt with in recent months. One raises concerns via their website and all you get is a response that a "TICKET' was opened. I've searched high & low for a contact number. There are rumours that they are in financial challenges hence wptking on minimal staff. I can honedy state that I thought it was good value for money but in all honesty, I'd pay a bit more for a better SERVICE experience. Their lack of interaction with their clients, in my opinion, is a violation of CONDUMERS' RIGHTS. RAIN this is my number ... Contact me ... *** ... I'm a very disgruntled client.
