Rain is pathetic

Poor service Yesterday rain deducted money out of my account,15:36 to be exact,and they send me a message that say i am still in arrears after deducting,today around same time the cut my internet due to arrears in my account,i called and this lady said i must email her my bank statement that proofs that they did debit,i did exactly that now its been over 2hours now with no internet,i think they need yo do something about their systems,this is pathetic
