Rain is PATHETIC. DISGUSTING SERVICE

They don’t deserve a single star at all! Pathetic! I ordered a sim and router on the 25th! I paid and all. They are so quick to take finds out of the customer account! And cannot render proper services! I am appalled. They don’t even have contact numbers to call. It’s been 5 days. My sim and router arrived on the 28th and today is the 1st. Since it arrived it’s been saying it’s not registered. It doesn’t connect to the internet. I just want you guys to collect your pathetic device and refund me. I was doing quite fine before this device since I’m still spending money on data! Disgusted customer! I’ve been sending request for assistance and I keep getting a generated email saying they will get back to me after 24hours! It’s been 72hours and still no help!
