Rain is PATHETIC
The most disgusting service I have ever received. I habe not had internet on my home router for 4days.
As someone who works from home, the past 4days have been very expensive for me.
After numerous calls, NO ONE IS ASSISTING with my issues, I keep getting told my issue has been escalated to a department that im sure DOES NOT EXIST.
What a disgrace....everyone looking for a home internet service provider DO NOT CONSIDER RAIN. they dont care about their customers, the after sales customer care is PATHETIC 🙄🙄 I and many others REGRET choosing them for my home internet.

Why are you giving me updates here after you had asked me to confirm my address thereafter you will be intouch with me????? To date from the day I started experiencing this issue, No one has been intouch with me.
