RAIN IS PATHETIC

i wrote a review on 11 march 2021 on hello peter and immediately after the review i received a msg from rain to say they are sorry for the inconvenience and problem i experienced. one of the consultants will call me as soon as possible but yet no call received. No i get a mail to rate the services of the response from Rain Internet service provider IM TELLING EVERYBODY NOW DON'T THINK OF TAKING OUT RAIN PLEASE I BEG - THEY ARE QUICK TO SIGN YOU UP FOR A CONTRACT AND TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT THEY ARE PATHETIC TO PAY IT BACK WHEN YOU CANCEL THE CONTRACT BEFORE THE 7 DAYS HAS LAPSED - ITS NOW 1 MONTH AND I DIDN'T RECEIVED ANY REFUND FROM RAIN AS OF YET - HOW MUCH LONGER MUST I WAIT FOR MY OWN MONEY
