Rain is pathetic

Rain Internet has been given notice two weeks ago to immediately cancel the subscription due to pathetic 5G service. I'm still connected. I cancelled via the app and via email. I will not pay for a service that I have cancelled. It's impossible to contact them telephonically. Please sort out the issue. I'm a very dissatisfied client.
