Rain is pathetic and doesn't refund for cancelled orders.

I have cancelled two orders since I found my area is fiber ready. I have still not received a refund for cancelled orders that were never even received and also had to make numerous calls to support to cancel orders that were said to be cancelled even got email confirmation of this but the profile still says something else Once this people have your money they gone and their agents are of no help either with useless managers that promise callbacks to get your issue resolved. My refund from 23 April 2022 is still coming. Thus I am going to take this further and escalate as I know my consumer rights. Rain will not take my money and expect me to be quiet. Life is already extremely hard in south Africa now this also..... disgusting service so sorry I ever tried them
