Rain is pathetic and doesn't deserve support

So disappointed with Rain. Signed up for LTE on Monday, got the router on Tuesday morning, it is now Thursday, I am still not connected.

The call center agents are rude and ***********, management cannot be reached and all the every one keeps saying g is that they will escalate the matter.

I agreed to terms stating activation within 2 to 24 hours, it's now 4 days later.

Anyone looking into Rain, save yourself the stress and headaches and go somewhere else.
