Rain is pathetic and customer service nonexistend
Absolutely pathetic, they take days to reply. I try to cancel with immediate effect as their network give less than 1Mbps download with more than 150ms ping . After numerous complaints nothing has been done. I cannot carry on with this service and they don't even have a representative willing to phone so that I can tell them where to stick there sim. worse ISP ever. do not get RAIN
