Rain is PATHETIC and a waist of money

I was so positive to start using rain. But since I've ordered it, it's been an hassle. I've called them close to 20x times, emailed them numerous times. And still nothing. But super happy taking my hard owned money and sending the same APN settings that is available on the internet. I've asked to talk to someone in a more advance area. Nothing told me they will log the problem. Still nothing, I'm super unhappy with them.
