The worst service ever. I have logged a ticket numerous times because I need assistance with activating my sim card. The money is already on their side that is why they dont care. I activated this in a matter of urgency so that I can study using internet and now this. still nothing. Your reference number is ***, thats just today's ref number besides the ones received on saturday. at such times we are being ****med by this company! they dont care about people knowing very well internet is needed more than ever. RAIN IS Pathetic want my money back ASAP, i need to study!!!!!
