Rain is pathetic

Rain is pathetic,I moved to a province with no rain coverage.I advised their billing department telephonically and in various inquiries on their website of that fact and cancelled with immediate effect but I am still being debited for a service I simply cannot use.Rain has still not contacted me about refunding my money but they are very prudent when it comes to billing your last pennies..I recieved many reference numbers stating I would be called,I am still waiting to speak to a consultant regarding my refund and confirmation of my cancellation.please be careful when dealing the above mentioned service provider ,they will debit your last cent with no remorse.
