RAIN IS PATHETIC

The reception and and service is absolutely terrible. Also why is it that when I go to Stellenbosch or Sea Point I have perfect reception, videos do not buffer but the minute I am in Mitchell's Plain the reception is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I can hardly load any pages from the internet let alone browse Instagram, Facebook or play a video on Youtube. I pay like every other customer and trying to speak to someone or get a reply from customer service or the website is impossible. I sent 3 queries from the website and to date i still not had any reply.
