Rain is PATHETIC(*******)

I had to give them 1 star as there is no option of no star. i havent used rain for months. As far as i know its month to month so if you dont use it you dont pay but they keep on billing me. today the 03/01/26 they double billed me 2 debits of R619. i tried contacting them but all you get is a Stupid bot that doesnt help at all. Some one from rain better contact me today and reverse the payments or i will be consulting a lawyer. this company is ****ming people for too long now
