Rain is pathetic

Hi, I've been trying to get ahold of rain since 5/03/21. I was told by Musa to log a ticket for my issue. I've logged so many tickets. I've been waiting for response and up until today I have not received any help.

I canceled one of my rain simcards on the 02/02/21 after making payment for Jan. I have not used this simcard since late Jan. However I got charged for this simcard in March?? According to their website the simcard gets deactivated end of the month and you pay for data you've used. I haven't used the simcard since Jan and cancelled Feb. I paid for January data so why the hell am I getting charged for Feb?? When canceled and haven't used the simcard!! Rain respond with solutions and don't tell me to log a ticket!! I've done this right through March!!
