Rain is pathetic!!!
A technician called me on 11th September offering me a free upgrade to my network. He just needed my coordinates. I sent him and since then my network is off. I have sent numerous emails and each time I get an auto response to explain my problem. I’m irritated and upset because I pay for this and there is zero customer service. My kids can’t watch tv and I can’t connect from home. Don’t even try these guys, Useless! R700 down the drain!

17 Sept 2021, 09:51Triven Morgan started all this mess! Your router is now just decorating my house. We are at the end of the week with no connection and my kids will spend the weekend with no tv.
Angus D and Tshepo Motlhabi sent me reference numbers but haven’t resolved.
I’m hoping this is not another automatic response from Rain and that I will have my connection restored now just as you disconnected it easily.
I’m really upset by this
