Rain is pathetic

I honestly don’t understand why I pay my every month subscription with rain,it is problematic,can barely connect to my iPhone and my tv even worse,they don’t even bother notifying us why it keeps buffering,5min of watching something is not enough because it loses connection,the way I see it,they have too many customers and their service isn’t improved!! I am bored and annoyed Been contemplating on switching service providers because my money is doing to waste aowa 🚮
