RAIN is pathetic

People do not make the mistake to think RAIN is any good just because they offer you affordable prices on there sim cards. I was happy with them for a while, but that came to a abrupt end when I experienced some difficulties with my sim. When I contacted them with my issue by leaving a message and yes the don't call you back, they leave a stupid comment on your account telling you to move your router around the ****** house. Point is I can only connect 1 device, the moment I connect anymore devices the speed drops down to the ****** dark ages. I even went and bought a new freakin router and still same issue even the router has full signal and both phones next to it. So up yours RAIN with your useless comment of move you're router to get signal. I have full signal and a brand new router and still get internet speed slower than 2G when more than 2 devices are connected, and yes my router settings are 100% correct and has full signal. I'm sick of this idiots that's unwilling to recognize that they suck and not do anything about it. So here is a note for RAIN stop making up excuses and fix my dam internet speed on my sim
