RAIN IS PATHETIC

RAIN has just been ignoring my request to cancel the service which I've submitted no less than 5 times to CANCEL their pathetic service. I'm continuously being sent bills and under no circumstances will any bill.be.paid.from.the date that I submitted cancellation . I'm on the verge of going PUBLIC with the continued service (their device is packed and ready for collection).
