Rain is pathetic

All talk no action, I complained about rain internet services mid Feb and I got a response, from them apologising and promising to look at the matter. I am still waiting, they still haven’t cancelled their services as I asked them to and I still haven’t gotten my refund, pathetic. Not even a mere phone call. I wonder if they even care.
