Rain is over charging me

Here we go again with the absolutely atrocious customer service from Rain. I called in last week and the agent I spoke to agreed that I was over charged for the month of March. My bill should've been R299 and not R432 because I have never used off peak data while I was on the R250 plan. I am not paying a cent this month if my issue hasn't been resolved.
