RAIN is on its way out ... with the likes of CELL C
I have a external 5G RAIN router installed at my house. I had to cancel for a while. Trying to reactivate is a nightmare. 5 calls, 2 emails and a complaint on their website ... still nothing. Phoned RAIN again today. After 3 transfers the call was cut. If it is so difficult to get connected, how difficult will it be to get a query resolved? I have money to spend, RAIN is not interested in my R 6000 a year ... Then, RAIN says "business is tough". Business is not tough ... RAIN is just ***********. I guess they won't respond to this complaint either. Maybe RAIN has run out of bandwith ...

30 Aug 2022, 09:29After my initial complaint (4 emails and 3 calls), I made another call to RAIN today. RAIN should change their name to THUNDER because that's the feeling they invoke in my ... I want to hit somebody until the company sets alight! First off, I spoke to 3 different people and when they wanted to transfer me to the fourth person, I lost it! They keep on insisting that I cannot have their service, because they do not have 5G in my area. They checked their billing and DOES NOT SEE that I have ever paid for 5G! I did ... I paid for 5G a number of months! So, seeing that they have no proof that I used their 5G service, I am going to BURN their external router tonight, while having a braai ... RAIN (aka THUNDER in my books) will lose an asset of approximately R 4 500, but who cares? They don't care, why should I???
I'll make a funny TikTok of me setting THUNDER's equipment alight and post it on social media.
Maybe their highly paid executives will wake up and do something. They can use my TikTok in their training sessions - "HOW TO SPOT AN ANGRY CUSTOMER WHO WANTS TO SPEND R12000 WITH US!" I now know why 86% of people on hellopeter.com simply hate THUNDER (aka RAIN) ... I am one of them.
