RAIN IS OF NO HELP WHAT SO EVER

So the contact numbers don't work. The agents don't resolve queries and yet they ask you rate the service with every email response.

i have put in rain for my parents there rain does not work 80% of the time we pay for service that is never available. They requested we change the card, sent a new card, couriers refused to leave it due to proof of residence and there you have RAIN activating a card and doing a sim swap without calling or confirming the card has been recieved. now we have a blocked sim card and idoit agents telling me the new card was activated.

Each time I request a phone call no one will take the time to help me resolve the issue.

AND DO YOU EXPECT ME TO PAY FOR A MONTH THAT THE DATA WAS NEVER USED!!!!!!!!???????????
