I signed up for the 4g unlimited option which advertised a 10mbps download and upload speed. Ever since i got my sim i have had unending issues with a ridiculously poor download and upload speed. I even got their outdoor router which hasnt helped one iota. When a technician finally deigns to call me he bascially said there is nothing they can do to improve the signal and all we can do is cancel amd go to another provider. EHAT ABOUT THE HUNDREDS IF NOT THOUSANDS I HAVE ALREADY PADI FOR A SERVICE THEY HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO PROVIDE???? Rain is nothing but a ****. If i had the resources i would sue them for breach of contract and false advertising. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!
