Rain is not worth it

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service that rain is providing that I have grown really frustrated with them. I have been complaining time and time again and yet I still have trouble with my internet and come month end I a expected to pay for a full service that I was never satisfied with. I have had it. I have to complain by hello Peter to get a response, that shows bad business ethics
