Rain is not worth it!

I got rain at the beginning of lockdown. It worked for 4 days then just stopped. I tried contacting the Rain team for 6 weeks and nobody helped me. Bad customer service and product advertised is not the product you receive. Disappointed and honestly angry. They also took money off my account when I hadn’t been using it because it was broken. I eventually received a refund after a week. Would not recommend!!!!
