Rain is not working
Good day, my rain 5G unlimited is not working. I can’t stream anything on my tv. It does not even allow me to load or view a status on what’s app. I have switched off the router, moved the router, reset the router but I don’t think rain covers my area with 5G anymore. Rain is not user friendly, I have been going through this for almost 2 months now and I always log a complaint about rain almost every week and there is no consistency.

Good morning, please note that my rain 5G unlimited is still not working, everything keeps buffering (Netflix, YouTube, WhatsApp, instagram), I want to get my moneys worth, I did everything, I moved the router, switched it off, reset it, restart it, and I still can’t enjoy being at home on a Saturday. On your map you have full 5G coverage in my area, urgently fix this as I am not enjoying being on rain and I already paid
