Rain is not working .

Rain has cut off our internet and for some reason they have not been taking the money from our account as a debit order, they were taking it fine all this time but they suddenly stopped and said we aren't paying. Please sort out the matter urgently. The internet has been down from the 15th of December and the money has not been debited, please assist us urgently
