Rain is not what they advertise themselves as

Rain network is a ****. I moved from where I was residing, and I sent Rain a message on their support page. I have since been given a reference number, and promised that someone will get hold of me that's 05Nov the last communication. Today, they deducted money from my account but I didn't use the service for the whole month. I am trying to get hold of the consultant, have been on the line for more than 20min. Its **** network, how does a network only avails its self on text? Worse part of it's a contract setup that they lie to people that it's not, they deduct without notifying the customer. ****
