Rain is not trustworthy and the worst provider

I had no Rain service from the 13th of Dec 2024 and phoned a week each time a different story and even complained on Hello Peter.I sent an email and phined 2 times to cancel my contract and was told I would get my money back.I got an email to confirm my cancellation Reference Number: ***6. Then when I tried to phone rain I counldnt get through unless I pay my R625 for January 2025 and the full amount went off today.Why did Rain take my money eithout providing a service.I was also told that if u dont have internet for more than 2 days ur account will be adjusted.I want Rain to contact me today per telephone and tell me when I will receive my full amount that was stollen today out of my acc and when will they reinburse me for the service not provided in December 2024and I am still waiting for Rain to collect their router and give my money back for last month.I want my money back today or I will open up a ******** case against Rain as I have all the proof that they took money out of my acc after cancellation.Rain contact me today and referse my money u took😡😡😡😡😡I am with a new provider which is far beter that ur service ever.So pay my money back and pick up ur ****😡😡😡
