Rain is not to be trusted, whatever you do, don't think that they will keep their word.

It's so sad to know that when you sign with a company, they remain honest towards their own principal and legal statements of their practice but then just don't, instead they become *************, this has been a very bad experience.

I canceled two months ago and am still being billed, the tower has been inside of a box awaiting pickup for those two months and hasn't been activated once.

I have called them and received a reference number which is: *** for all of the calls made. I have tried to reach out to the sales team to get the manager's number (as the customer service department has not done what they said they would) and be allowed to place a complaint of poor service so that they could get on this matter in a professional manner.

Unfortunately, everyone is in on this, one time we called and they said that it had been deactivated and that there would be a reimbur*****t because it is really just for them to drive to the pickup place and collect the device. A month later the monthly fee has been taken from my bank account once again, so I call them, and their response was that it had been activated and was in use. This is impossible as it has been stationed in a box awaiting collection this whole time, with no one accessing it, there is no need, the device does not even optimize as it should no matter where it is placed and gives a false reading, this is also the reason why I opted out of this continued service, and have canceled my monthly plan.

The fact that they won't even follow through on this and still charge is such malpractice, no one at that firm can hold their head up to any good standard and say that they work to provide a good service, they can however look at each other in the eyes and say that they do not work with honor, humility, and grace. Their promises are ****, their service does not work, and they are *************.

There is no way I would recommend this company to anyone. Please be aware of contacting them about this or any other product they may sell on a month to month, cancel anytime bases, its a ****.
