Rain is not "raining" - no network and no support

I have been struggling with the network for a week now, I called over the weekend I was told the towers were being maintained, but nothing has improved. When I call their call centre I hold for a long time irrespective at what time of day I call. Even when I select the option of being called back, no ever does call me. The new routers look so stylish, pity I will have to return it back and look for a new service provider who will provide support when I need it. Disappointed customer.
