Rain is NOT RAINING

I started logging calls via Facebook messenger on 29 June 2020 regarding the internet connection and had no response. I then logged another call on Rain's Facebook timeline on 1 July 2020 and got no response. On the 3 July 2020 I posted a review on Hellopeter and 30 minutes later someone named Fatima responded asking for the email address used to apply for the connection. I responded to Rain within 30 minutes providing the information. On Monday 6 July 2020 I made 2 follow ups but no response.

I need Rain to fix the internet connection as I subscribed mainly to ensure that my children are able to connect to virtual school. As it is I have spent over R300 buying data from other service providers to ensure that my children are able to connect to virtual school while I'm subscribed to unlimited data through Rain.

If no feedback is received from Rain I am going to post negative advertising on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
