I have had the worst experience in my life. I have had connection issues due to the area I reside in. I have tried to cancel the subscription since August 2025 after being behind on payment and organising promise to pay. After doing all of that my account was still suspended. Of which I advised that I would like to cancel as we were not getting to any form of resolution. By cancelling, it will prevent the account from accumulating and will try to make payment arrangements. Now the account is sitting close to R7k.. They said they cannot cancel until the full amount is paid immediately. so they continue adding monthly subscription fee. Instead t
