Rain is not living to its name

Has rain since February 2024.

Had lots of other options but i was recommended rain. Now me and my reccomendee both hate rain during rainy/windy days. Its Caoe storm week. Im on leave amd cant even watch netflix cause mo cignal at all. It comes ans go as it pleases. Winter is a no no for Rain on my opinion. Its only good on a hot summer day. Ive logged a call since 10th July 2024 and yet no respond.
