Rain is not confirming cancellation

I have a month to month rain router service and the signal is bad , I wrote them emails regarding this issue and they didn’t respond , I then sent another email to cancel the contract and they didn’t respond, I then called the call centre and I spoke to a consultant who said 2 weeks ago that someone from Rain would call me back to confirm cancellation. No one had called and I haven’t any confirmation of cancellation. Rain basically doesn’t want to cancel the contract
