Rain is not an honest company
I have not been using ring since end of December but they keep billing me. I just got notifications stating that I owe R1400. How can I owe something I do not use? I was told that this was a month to month thing when I joined up but this is not the case.
I have logged queries on their website and never received any feedback or response. I have also logged queries on this hellopeter platform and they have still not rep****.
