Rain is not a trusted network

Rain is not a trusted network.ive experience slot off problems with rain lately and they take time to resolve your problem.they very quick to switch off your router after you still pay. They also wasting your airtime and take time to answer your calls. My experience with rain: Got my bill via message which I paid R 759.00. Yesterday got another message that I need to pay again R 391.00. I'm not happy with rain at all.they just don't care and don't have a good customer service. My experience. I got a bill R 759 paid it. Now again R391 so now the account is now over R 1000 .the very quick to switch you off. Becarefull guys.wont suggest rain to anyone and I'm cancelling mine.😡😡😡😡😡😡 Regards Nico ***
