Rain is nonsense. Just a few days trying to get their 4G but they show that they Will just take me for a ride

I ordered a 4G Sim. The Sim got dilvered but it has not been activated for 5 days now. And they tried to deliver another Sim while I have one. Rain is trying to rob me. I have logged tickets and called by they are just nonsense. I am canceling this thing without even getting started.
