Rain is nonsense and has no care for customers

For 3 days now I am offline my router is connected without internet, I have spent more on airtime since Saturday calling then and everyone I get tell a different story of how can my issues be resolved, it is annoying to think one is paying R529 for such a ****py service. I would advise people not to bother going the rain route as you will be frustrated with no service and no assistance yet payed for it.
