Rain is nonsense and *******

I have subscription with rain and my payment date is the 25th of every month, now I made a payment on the 26th March, but on the 1st of April they disconnected my services when I contacted them, they tell me that my payment date is the 1st of every month. So I have to pay again R649 to be connected. When I check on their app it shows that my next payment is the 1st of May. They are disgusting and mind you I am working from home.
