I've been trying to cancel rain since February and I haven't been winning and I have 4 references of me trying to cancel. In August I was debted R3500 and I haven't been reimbursed, today I called again doing a follow up on my cancelation and still no progress, everytime I call consultants just keep telling me they'll escalate it to the right department.
