Rain is nonesense

My 5g router was delivered almost 2 weeks ago and is not connecting at all, not even to the normal 4g network. I have been trying tirelessly to contact them but their call centre is closed and they only reply to support emails and Dms days after you've sent it. They keep telling me to reset the router which has not worked but they still have no solution. Its a **** really.
