Rain is no help when problem arises
No service from rain, I'm having connection issues and all I can speak to is a bot. With auto mated responses, been a month and a half trying to get it to work, then told I have to get my own technician to come see the problem Rain unhelpful and doesn't contact you back after leaving lots of requests and logging calls and emails complete silence fron their side, unacceptable. I was told I must get my own local technician to sort problem out cause they don't have anyone to see to my problem

01 Apr 2025, 10:02Wow what a **** service not once did I request to cancel my service but, this morning the service was cancelled even through I'm paid up till 15th of next month, now I'm told I'm in arrears, but according to app I'm not. Never requested service to be canceled just fixed, and now the general dept can't assist cause they waiting for billing and billing doesn't receive calls I have to wait 24 hours for by internet to work ebn though i didn't cancel it and Noone can say why it was canceled. Very quick to transfer to sales so sales can tell me a need a new router but I need to pay for it. This is unacceptable
