RAIN is never available for its customers

Did 2 separate calls to RAIN, 1st i spoke to Siyolisiwe and the phone just went silent from both our sides i should guess. I then hanged up and called again, speaking to Nomfundo this time around. I explained to her that i want to understand why am i being billed while i was not using the service of RAIN and that i would like to update my Banking details and for the FEE outstanding to be removed.

While speaking to her she hanged up on me after she said i must hold and she is confirming my TEL Number.
