Those are just some of the references I have from calling Rain because I've had no internet for over a week, all agents seem to be guessing what the issue is based on a horribly rehe****d script.... I have never been so frustrated and disgusted with a service providers lack of willingness to assist it's customers, or for them to even pretend to care. Anyone who might be interested in Rain should run and never sign up for this mess, with their prompt delivery service, you would think they are good but that's all they do right... DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY...
